If we were to offer a theme for our IC Collection Update this week, it would have to be ‘impatience’. Such was our excitement for gorgeous-looking oddities Catherine and El Shaddai: Ascension Of The Metatron, that we decided we couldn’t wait for their release on these shores, and instead imported them from across the Atlantic. God bless the region-free PS3.

Elsewhere, the PSP gets a rare update with Silent Hill: Origins, thus bringing us one step closer to the complete SH collection. We also snapped up the fourth Onimusha game, Dawn Of Dreams, after thoroughly enjoying the original in our recent trip down memory lane for our From The Collection series. We’re only missing Onimusha Tactics and Onimusha Blade Warriors from Capcom’s samurai franchise now.

We also picked up recent release Deus Ex: Human Revolution for the Xbox 360, and been bungling our stealth attempts every day since. And rounding out the update this week is Silpheed: The Lost Planet, a PS2 title gifted to us for the Collection, and a game we know absolutely nothing about…
